Read what our customers are saying about us!
“They were able to provide a truly amazing slide show for a life celebration that my whole family was thoroughly impressed by. Everyone was asking for their info as we all have memories that we need to have archived to pass on to our next generations. I couldn't recommend them any higher!”
— Andre B. Dublin, CA
“Sean and Andrea were great to work with. They took my old VHS cassette tapes, digitized them, and uploaded the mp4 video files to a secure server. Communication was excellent, price was fair and I'll certainly be back again. Thanks!”
— Robyn H. Oakland, CA
“They transferred 8mm film and a few old prints to digital video format and jpeg format. Unlike many similar online services, this business does all transfer work in house. So there's less risk of your precious family analog memories getting lost in transit.”
— Timothy M. North Berkeley, CA

No, you don’t need to organize your photographs prior to dropping off. We receive photographs from our clients various ways. We scan photographs at 300ppi or 600ppi to digital JPEG format. If you want your photographs scanned at a higher resolution then please give us a call to talk about your scanning project.
-
Yes, we can scan your family photo albums and photo scrapbooks. Additional fees may be applied b/c of special handling as well as album access fee’s, so please reach out to speak about your scanning project prior to dropping off.

The digital images can be given back to you on a USB empty drive that you supply, you can buy a drive from us, DVD-ROM or we can do a web upload for an additional fee. (not a cloud storage. Download only available for one month before auto deletion.
-
Its not possible to know without counting every photography you want to have scanned. But one thing you can do to get a rough estimate, is to stack the photos and measure the stack. About one inch of photos is 100-110 photos. Obviously this fluctuates based on the thickness of the physical photograph, but it will give you a ballpark idea.
