We are the sole owners of the information collected. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us such as; name, address, phone and billing information. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We may use non-identifying, general information to better design our web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals from a particular city and state visited a certain page on our web site, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

2. Media safety and scanned-item collection: What we do with your media and how we collect save the scanned materials.

All materials are transferred in-house; if we need to send your items to an affiliate, we'll discuss it with you first.

Shelf to shelf tracking – When we receive your order, if it's not already in a box or bag, we provide such packaging to ensure nothing is separated. We label boxes, bags, envelopes and items as necessary, unless asked not to.

Your scanned media is yours completely and we will not use your images or film for any reason whatsoever other than to provide it for you. Unless you've provided written consent, your media will not be used for marketing or advertising.

We keep a copy of your transferred materials for 60 days from the time of completion, then it is deleted from our computers entirely. If there's a chance you'll need subsequent copies of the transferred material, we highly suggest you provide us with a thumb or hard drive in addition to any CDs or DVD's purchased. We do not promise to provide any subsequent copies once your order has been complete and sent back to you.

3. Online security

We do not collect any personal information through our web site.

4. Illegal materials

We transfer all types of digital media, including personal, risque or borderline “inappropriate”. However, any illegal materials – especially involving children – will be handed over to the authorities.
